We use De-Ionised Water, instead of tap water, in cosmetic products so that no minerals or particles interfere with the formulation.

Tap water is likely to cause instability, and will also affect the shelf life of the finished product.

De-Ionised Water is thus an essential ingredient when making all skin and hair care products.
