Centrimonium Chloride is a liquid quaternary cationic conditioner with 30% active matter.  It is a water soluble liquid conditioner with softening and detangling properties. 

Centrimonium Chloride is a great addition to conditioners and wash-off products. Add into the water phase during any stage of manufacturing. 

Compatable with non-ionic and cationic surfactants.
